Professionally, we all want to utilize our strengths and work on our weaknesses. But that may not always be a good thing juggling both.

Use these four tips; so you can learn the best ways to discover your strengths and what you should do when it comes to your weaknesses.

#1: Market Your Strengths

You really need to think about all the kind of roles that you have really enjoyed doing in the past. Write them down and think about why you loved doing each one of them. You will learn more about yourself by doing this.
