A Day in the Life…with Pipeliner CRM

Note: Although the functionality described below has been added to some CRM applications through complex artificial intelligence, all of the features portrayed here are simply part of Pipeliner CRM’s superior technology. The only thing missing is the voice–which many will probably be thankful for.

If you’re set up and running with Pipeliner CRM, your day as a sales rep might go something like this.

When you wake up on an average workday morning, the first thing on your mind might be your upcoming sales calls. As you go about your morning, though, you don’t have to think too awfully hard about it, because you live in a connected world. When you check your smartphone, you’ll see that the Navigator display in Pipeliner Mobile CRM is showing you your day’s itinerary. If you’re making personal visits, you’ll also find a map and directions to the prospect or customer’s site. Once you’ve grabbed breakfast and coffee, you’re basically ready to go.

Before you contact your first client, you check out the account in Pipeliner, in which you have set up a newsfeed. You see that your client has just acquired a data analytics company–which means that you can utilize this data in your selling conversation, and tie your product right in along with it. A few notes made in CRM, and you’re ready to go.

You’re meeting is a success–and once you’re out of it, a few taps on your smartphone and you’ve moved the opportunity into the next stage of your sales process. When you return to the office, you look into CRM and see that your next action items are already suggested, and you can accept or modify them. Right from within CRM, you send an email to your client to book your next meeting.

What’s next? You see your priorities right there in Navigator, as well as how you’re progressing toward your overall sales target, so you can remain focused. You can also take a look at Pipeliner’s Pipeline View, and see all of your opportunities right there, with how they rank. You can move right onto your next task with no delays–and so move throughout your day.

At any point, you can enable 1-click reporting if there’s something you need to report to the boss or a win you wish to share. If it’s the end of the week, Pipeliner’s reporting features make it a snap to compile a report of all your weekly activity, that you can simply forward on. Reporting in Pipeliner is fast and easy yet powerful.

At the end of the day, you can go home, or go out, or do whatever you like! Your CRM actually empowers you instead of weighing you down with useless or additional administrative tasks.
